Recent PLANET observations show the event to have brightened by 2.7 magnitudes in 17 hours. The event has now fallen by more than 2 magnitudes with a curvature that suggests the event has just undergone a caustic crossing. Event: OGLE 1999-BUL-25 (=MACHO 99-BLG-35) RA (J2000): 17:59:41.14 Dec (J2000): -28:47:18.4 Observations, both photometric and spectrographic are encouraged. Finding charts and future update information can be found on the PLANET web page at: http://www.astro.rug.nl/~planet.
